Jo Kmetz, M.A. has been involved with the Department of Communication since receiving her Master’s degree (1994) from that very same department. She has, over the years, taught a variety courses through the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies, all of which encompassed communication skill-building. Her most recent teaching opportunity occurred in January, 2007, as one of three faculty directors taking students on a Study Abroad Winter Session in Australia . Her work in the Communication Department revolves around teaching Public Speaking classes and working with Oral Comm Fellows. Her involvement with Oral Communication Fellows Program has been one that gives her great satisfaction
