Bungee
The origin of bungy jumping began with the people of Vanuatu in the Pacific
who have been throwing themselves from huge towers for centuries with nothing
more than a few vines tied to their feet. It later became an
activity of the Oxford University Dangerous Sports Club which inspired
Bungy Jumping has is roots in New Zealand. AJ Hackett was inspired
to develop it into an activity that is done hundreds of times a day in
Queenstown and many other places in the world. More about the history

Nevis Bungee: The Nevis Highwire Bungy is 134 meters high and it is said that jumpers will reach 128 mph. Getting there is half the fun, until you're on the edge that is.
