Although most members of the University of Delaware commu-net-ty are peaceful, law-abiding folks, there are a few who bend and break the rules and fail to live by the Code of the Web. Those few rascals cause problems for all of us.

For starters, you must take a test and agree to be a responsible user of the University's computer systems, the University's network, and the Internet. Once on the trail, we ask that you respect your fellow travelers: don't exceed your bandwidth limit and keep an eye out for the bad guys who make the journey harder for all of us.

For the polecats who choose not to honor the Code of the Web, there are consequences.
