How will you learn?


Each week students meet together for two 50-minute classes and a three-hour laboratory. Students in the separate lab sections are combined in the class meetings.

		A *study guide* precedes each food science topic and allows students to have background information when beginning that topic. A variety of **laboratory activities** allow students to demonstrate the large scope of scientific principles involved in food preparation.
