Unsupported software
If a department chooses software that is not supported, then that department is responsible for the support of that software.

If you are unsure whether a software program is supported, call the Help Center at 831-6000.

Software Licenses and Purchases
Each CITA is responsible for ensuring compliance with all software licenses, including licenses for software for which the University has a campus-wide license and licenses for software purchased by an individual department. Check the Software distribution page or consult with theTechnology Solutions Center to verify if UD has a site license. TSC consultants are available to answer questions, provide information and advice on software purchases for Windows or Macintosh systems.
