Checklist for New CITAs

Review the New Faculty/Staff checklist and the Supervisor's checklist for information on getting started with computing and technology.
Join appropriate user groups and attend user group meetings.
Join appropriate mailing lists.
- If you are a CITA or you provide computing support for your college or department, submit a request to be added to the ud-citas mailing list.
Attend the following meetings:
- Information Technologies (IT) Staff meetings (scheduled for once or twice a calendar year and announced via the us-announce mailing list)
- IT User Services Staff meetings (scheduled several times a year announced via the us-announce mailing list)
