Biostatistics Core Facilities
Ryan Pohlig, Biostatistician
The Biostatistics Facility provides analytic statistical support to faculty and student investigators for the design and analysis of scientific research in the health sciences including clinical, experimental, and observational studies, clinical trials, population-based studies, secondary data analysis and data management. The facility also assists with the methodological and statistical review for proposed grants and manuscripts.

Consultations are useful for discussing methodology, advising statistical analyses, aiding in data management, and helping with results interpretation. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours; however, scheduled meetings take priority.
To schedule an appointment during open office hours, select the start time you would like to reserve below. Next, complete the contact form and select the duration you think you will need. Grey time slots have already been reserved.
*Thursday morning times are reserved for Delaware Rehabilitation Institute (DRI).
Contact & Scheduling Timeline
If you intend to use these services in a grant, a proposal overview meeting is required to discuss the project and the research design. You must meet with us at least TWO WEEKS prior to any grant submission deadline to discuss the scope of work needed.
Please complete the contact form, either in MS Word or by hand, and bring it with you to the overview meeting.
To save time and facilitate data analysis matters, you must follow the dataset management guidelines here. The data should be in a spreadsheet, and a codebook/data dictionary should be included.
