The College of Health Sciences Tailgate at the UD Homecoming Game, when the Blue Hens take on Rhode Island.

The College of Health Sciences will be hosting its 3rd Annual Pregame Tailgate complete with lunch, prizes and a cash bar on Saturday, October 20th, at the Homecoming game.

The cost is $20 per person for the pregame tailgate (held from 1p.m.-3 p.m.) or $30.00 per person for the tailgate and a ticket to the game. Kids 10 and under eat free. We in the College thank our alumni and friends and look forward to catching up and cheering on the Blue Hens as they battle Rhode Island!

From the Dean

Our 3rd Annual Homecoming Tailgate will be a great opportunity for you to catch up with old friends and faculty, network with representatives of our community health partners, and update us on your life and career.

This is truly an exciting time for everyone in the UD College of Health Sciences. We are well underway for our transition to the health sciences complex on UD's new Science, Technology, and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus. Although it won’t be visible from the outside of the building, renovations and construction are moving forward for our vision of a vibrant community on the site, where health is not only the topic of our research, education, and clinical programs but also a way of life.

In the meantime, our faculty and students are conducting cutting-edge research in a broad range of health-related areas and reaching out to the community through a variety of service and patient-centered research programs.

I hope you’ll come out and join us at Homecoming so we can share more of our accomplishments and plans with you.
