Natural Products
Methods
developed in our group are applied to the enantioselective synthesis of
natural products. Mahesh Pallerla recently completed the first
enantioselective synthesis of (–)-pentalenene. Max Royzen
recently completed the enantioselective synthesis of hyacinthacine (to
be published soon). A number of other targets are under active
investigation.
