The team practices five days per week (Mon-Fri) for 2-1/2 hours. This practice schedule runs from August through March. All team members must schedule classes around this practice schedule.
Spring and summer practices are scheduled according to facility availability each year.
The team performs weight training two to four days a week.
There are two open optional practices per week that the individuals can work on what they choose.
