This course:

  • Is designed specifically for elementary teachers of grades K-6.
  • Covers fundamental economic concepts with an emphasis on the ideas emphasized in the Delaware State Economics Standards for grades K-6.
  • Introduces teachers to economic activities and lessons appropriate for their students, some which are integrated with language arts, reading, and mathematics.
  • Teaches you to develop economic activities and tasks to be used in  your classroom.

Economic Systems and International Trade
Grades 7 - 12

  • Connects curriculum and content to help teachers implement Delaware's Economic Standards for grades 7-12.
  • Gives teachers an opportunity to develop and implement economic activities and tasks for use in their classrooms.
