Economics for the Elementary Educator
Grades K - 6
Dates: February 14 - May 15 (Thursdays)
Time: 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Location: 324B Purnell Hall, University of Delaware

Tuition: DE public school teachers free with a $25 registration fee.
Delaware residents - $1224 +$25 registration fee
Non-residents - $3099 + $25 registration fee
This course:
- Is designed specifically for elementary teachers of grades K-6.
- Covers fundamental economic concepts with an emphasis on the ideas emphasized in the Delaware State Economics Standards for grades K-6.
- Introduces teachers to economic activities and lessons appropriate for their students, some which are integrated with language arts, reading, and mathematics.
- Teaches you to develop economic activities and tasks to be used in your classroom.

Economics for the Secondary Educator-Economic Systems & International Trade
Grades 7 - 12
Dates: February 12 - May 20 (Tuesdays)
Time: 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Location: 324B Purnell Hall, University of Delaware
Instructor: Christine Schumacher
