PBS Summer 2008 Training Series
PBS trainings run all day and are held in Dover, DE. Registration information is being distributed in late April, but if you have specific questions you can email Sarah Hearn at skhearn@udel.edu.
School-wide Training Series:
June 3rd – Assessment: School Climate Data Workshop
June 12th & 13th- School-wide Team Training
(Participants must be part of a representative team with administrator)
June 16th & 17th- PIE Trainings
Module 1 – Promoting Children’s Success: Building Relationships and Creating Supportive Environments
Module 2 – Social-Emotional Teaching Strategies
June 18th & 19th - Family-School Collaboration Training
(Participants should plan to attend both days)
June 24th- Cultural Competency
PBS for Individual Students Series:
June 25th & 26th- Person-Centered Planning Training
(Participants should plan to attend both days)
July 28th & 29th- Functional Behavior Assessment & Behavior Support Plan Training (Participants should plan to attend both days)
July 30th & 31st- Targeted Team Training
(Participants must attend in teams of 4-6 staff that deal with students with more significant behavioral challenges and instructional supports
