Better Jobs Better Care
Better Jobs, Better Care is a research and demonstration program which is testing new approaches to providing a more stable and qualified long-term care staff and evaluating what works best to achieve changes in long-term care policy and practice that help to reduce high vacancy and turnover rates among direct care staff and contribute to improved workforce quality.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services is the federal agency within the US Department of Health and Human Services that houses the Medicare and Medicaid programs.  These programs benefit about 75 million Americans.  The CMS website has resources and information for consumers about disability and aging issues.

Institute for the Future of Aging Services (IFAS)
Institute for the Future of Aging Services (IFAS), bridges the three worlds of research, practice and policy to help redefine the very nature of quality aging services.  Based on rigorous, objective research, IFAS identifies models of care and best practices that can be replicated by aging services organizations around the country. IFAS has four signature areas:  creating an informed citizenry; advancing quality in aging services; developing a long-term care workforce; and redefining housing and living communities. IFAS is housed within the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.

Center for Personal Assistance Services
Center for Personal Assistance Services provides research, training, dissemination and technical assistance on issues of personal assistance services (PAS) in the United States.

Community Living Exchange Collaborative Clearinghouse
The Community Living Exchange Collaborative (The Exchange) is a joint effort of ILRU (Independent Living Research Utilization), a program of The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR), and Rutgers Center for State Health Policy (CSHP). The Exchange is funded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) through grants awarded under the Systems Change Community Living Initiative launched in September 2001.
