Coaching Services

Because the community planning process is complex, there may be times when a planning team needs to obtain the advice and guidance of one or more experts to deal with a particular issue.  Please go here for a form to request such assistance.  The decision to request coaching services, and the nature of the assistance needed should be discussed and decided by the team before the form is completed and submitted. 

Planning teams should feel free to contact their designated lead coach if they have questions about completing this form. The designated lead coaches for each community planning team are as follows:
