Services> Types of Service

To accommodate various needs and budgets, we have developed three (3) standard types of service, as follows:

Service Type 1

All paper service, with linen tablecloth, is delivered and set up by our delivery personnel. Delivery personnel will return to pick-up non-disposable equipment only. Clean up of Service Type 1 events is the responsiblity of the customer.

Prices for Service Type 1 are as listed. Any event order picked up will receive a 10% discount.
Service Type 2

Paper service with linen tablecloths, delivered, set up, and picked up by our delivery personnel. Skirting and fabrics are also included, as are buffet attendants where applicable. For any hot foods a minimum of Service Type 2 is required

For Service Type 2, add $1.50 per person.
Service Type 3

China service with linen. Prices include delivery, set up, waitstaff, breakdown, and pickup.

For Service Type 3, please add $2.30 per person.

Please note:

  • Additional fees may be added for deliveries off campus, extremely large deliveries, or deliveries made during non-operating periods.
  • Hot foods are not available for ordering with Service Type 1, as fire safety prohibits use of sterno canned heating fuel and chafing dishes without an attendant. All hot foods must be ordered with a minimum service level of Service Type 2.
  • If your event is going to be held in Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center, The Bob Carpenter Center or Clayton Hall, you will order from the Catering Menu available on the Conference Services Web site. The pricing includes all staff, set-up, clean-up, linens, and flowers. See Service Type 3 for an example of comparable service.
