Financial Clearance
In order to ensure each semester is a successful one, we would like to reinforce the financial responsibility every student must meet prior to the fee payment deadline each semester.
In order to maintain your registration, students must complete ONE of the following below steps by the due date:
- Make the full payment due reflected on the billing statement by the fee payment deadline.
- Make the first installment (25%) payment by the semester’s fee payment deadline and all subsequent installments according to the payment deadline.
- Complete the UD Non-Payment Certification Form. This form certifies why payment has not been submitted and protects your registration (eg. If your balance is zero due to financial aid covering your charges, you MUST complete this form).
Student’s and/or their designated payer will have satisfied their financial obligation by accessing the semester bill (July/December) and completing one of the payment options the correspond to the above options.
Please note that any student registering after the first billing still requires the above be completed at the time of registration. If you have not received a billing you may view your up-to-date information at UDSIS. Even if you have not received a bill you must still be financially cleared to protect registration. All students must have satisfied the above by the time classes begin for any semester/session in order to protect their registration.
