Childhood Education (CE)

The official journal of the Association for Childhood Education International (ACEI), Childhood Education is issued 6 times a year. Published since 1924, the journal is a professional medium for those concerned with the education and well-being of of children from infancy through early adolescence.

Childhood Education's subscribers represent every state in the U.S., all provinces in Canada, and more than 50 foreign countries. Subscribers include classroom teachers, principals, supervisors, college professors and administrators, students, parents, psychologists, social workers, libraries, and teacher education institutions.

  • Offset; camera-ready mechanicals, reproduction proofs, scotch prints, or negatives required
  • Half-tones; 133 or 150 line screen
• Saddle wire binding
• Production material returned upon request

• Classified ads (nondisplay):
  • $25 per line
  • minimum five lines
• Display (boxed ads):
  • $125 per column inch
  • minimum of 1 inch

Cancellations after copy-due date will be billed at full rate.

Journal of Research in Childhood Education (JRCE)

ACEI's Journal of Research in Childhood Education (JRCE) features articles that advance knowledge and theory of the education of children, infancy through early adolescence. Published biannually, JRCE reaches educators, psychologists, researchers, libraries, and teacher education institutions. JRCE also publishes small-scale studies carried out in a variety of settings (homes, classrooms, hospitals).
