The University of Delaware's Bank of America Career Services Center is dedicated to identifying qualified students and graduates across disciplines and matching them with the recruiting needs of Aberdeen Proving Ground. Recruiters may attend upcoming job fairs, conduct information sessions, as well as post internships and full-time positions into Blue Hen Jobs, UD's on-line database.

For Students

Hundreds of civilian jobs are moving to Aberdeen, Maryland, and now is the time for students to take advantage of the opportunity! Students and new college graduates interested in the Intern Program (full-time permanent positions) or Student College Experience Program with the federal government may visit Career Service's BRAC page or the University of Delaware Calendar of Events to learn about information sessions and upcoming workshops.

Student Career Experience Program (SCEP)

SCEP provides work experience directly related to a student's academic program and career goals. Students are eligible for noncompetitive conversion to a permanent intern position upon successful completion of their academic and work requirements of 640 hours. Hourly salary ranges begin at $11.16. SCEP positions are for the following majors: Business/Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computing Engineering, Education, and Liberal Arts (all disciplines).
