- On March 12, from noon to 3:30, Dr. William Schindler of Washington College gave a flintknapping demonstration in 009/010 Munroe Hall. There were opportunities for the adventurous to try their hands. Dr. Schindler is an expert at many indigenous technologies including flintknapping, ceramic production, and textiles. He is a student and protege of Dr. Errett Callahan, one of the finest flintknappers in the world.
