Reviewers
will be represented by a subcommittee of 5 members - 3 internal and
2 external. The 3 internal reviewers will come from MAC LINC
institutions not involved in the proposal under consideration. It has
been decided that it is the participant's obligation to review the proposal
if called upon. Audrey Helfman of UD will be responsible for selecting
the committee. Each participating institution should provide 2 external
reviewers. The external reviewers should be totally independent
and, thus, have to be external to both the project and the MAC LINC
institutions.

REVIEW
AND VOTING PROCESS
|
The
proposals will be send to UD. UD is responsible for distributing the
proposals to the committee. Upon completion of the review process, the
committee members provide brief comments and recommendations, which
are later compiled by UD. LINC members through a VOTE will decide on
the ranking (one vote per institution). The following ranking will be
utilized - favorite, second favorite and third favorite.
