1. Proposal requirements Proposal should:

• Be around 2 pages - about 500 words
• Reflect any or all the six project objectives
• Ddescribe the project outcomes and measures
• Ttalk about specific activities to be implemented in the frame-work of the project
• Iinclude beginning and ending dates
• Include dissemination plan
• Include cv(s) of proposer(s)

Proposals for collaboration will be preferred over stand alone proposals. Collaboration is defined as collaboration with other community organizations and/or other higher education organizations outside the MAC LINC group. Participation IS ALSO OPEN to other LINC MEMBERS.

2. Budget Requirements and Evaluation Procedures

ALL PROJECTS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING budget line items.Joint proposals should reflect institutional breakdowns.

• Personnel
• Ccontractual services
• Pprofessional services
• Iimpact services
• Ttravel
• Matching funds

Criteria

• Ttransferability
• Short/long term impact
• Collaboration aspect (See proposal requirements)
