Eligibility:

Applicants must be at least rising sophomores.
Applicants must have taken at least nine credits of Women's Studies coursework.

Application Procedures:

The following steps are required to apply for the award.

1. Download and print out an Application Form for Service Learning Award from this site.
2. Solicit one letter of recommendation from a faculty member.
3. Write a 1-page essay explaining how the Service Learning Award will benefit your program of study.

Submit 3 copies of all appication materials toDr. Jean Pfaelzer(English Department, 316 Memorial Hall, Newark, DE 19716) and 1 copy of all application materials to Dr. Monika Shafi (Women’s Studies, 34 W. Delaware Ave.).
