Uninstall RealPlayer for Windows

First you need to remove your old copy of RealPlayer or RealOne. If you do not have an old copy of RealPlayer already installed, you may skip this step.

  1. Begin at the Start button.
  2. Choose Settings, then Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the icon for Add/Remove Programs.
  4. Find RealPlayer, RealPlayer Basic or RealOne and click it, then click Add/Remove.
  5. When finished, close the Add/Remove Programs window.
Uninstall RealPlayer for Mac OS X
First you need to remove your old copy of RealPlayer or RealOne. If you do not have an old copy of RealPlayer already installed, you may skip this step.
  1. On your desktop, double click the icon for your hard drive.
  2. Double click the icon for Applications
  3. Locate RealPlayer or RealOne Player and drag it to the trash.
  4. Mouse to the Finder menu at the top of screen and choose Empty Trash.
