UDFS Reporting Team Minutes

DECISIONS: None

TASKS:

Julie- track tasks and pending/reminder list.

Julie- write instructions for webcast.

Julie- check to see if there are electronic versions of the report lists from the people who created them.

Greg- get trial versions of Rwiz, Brio and Actuate

All- look at delivered reports.

PENDING ITEMS:

1. Consider a consultant for PS Query and Crystal Reports general training meeting. Discuss in April or March
2. Create warehouse- create YTD balances when loading?
3. JQ- reporting team needs to be able to report from various ledgers/ tables as they set up to test for correctness.

Executive Committee Update:

1. A unanimous decision was made for PS v 8.0
2. It is anticipated that v 8.0 will be in by May and PS will do the install
3. Single user data will be made available to all users
4. The reporting team should be sensitive to all users
