GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

1. Executive Committee Update
1. A/R Billing-Angie Beecham is being updated on tasks already completed and to the web site from top to bottom.
2. COA may need to be reworked to accommodate what we currently know as fund-types. Department table also being evaluated.
3. Budget team- departmental involvement pending
1. Tutorial has been done by Budget Office
2. Training planned for Budget Office
3. To determine what tasks need to be done to get budget up as a standalone
2. Query Security
1. Van discussed query security options
1. Attach a view to each table
2. Use trees to create security
3. Security by department
2. Team to test security process in about one month
