Gail has a new job with Conferences and is off of team and Dave is going to recommend a replacement.

On-Demand Training Module Decisions:

Feedback on Chart Field Training. Liked the course, however it was for Commercial not E&G- but was instructional and good computer based training (CBT).

 

Setup of Grants:

  1. Feedback from Chart of Accounts team document. It was helpful to read the assignment.

  

       Start working the Grants Training Workbook to test the completeness of Grants Single Version Setup.  Gerri/Chris/Dave will review additional info selections in the grants setup for further use and clarification.

 

Department Chartfield - remains an issue -  need to better understand how this impacts grants and if  we are fully supported by it. 

Dept Contact -  need to populate.

Dept Subdivision -  looks at dept chartfield ???  how does this relationship work

Load department addresses into location.
