Setup of Grants:

Discussions:

  1. Van and Becky will check out the HR connection to the feed of data for the grants module.
  2. Van checked on the effect of upgrades on the control tables and they will be treated as data and not overwritten at upgrade.
  3. Looked at FS_23 and FS_06 to determine their values as they relate to the grants set up.

FS_06 Departments:                Carol informed the group that this will be used as a Chart Field for setting up a UD account. Questions: Should we use this differently because department name and address maps to the PHS 398 form in the Grant module.

                FS_23 Customer:              Did not discuss at this meeting but will be looked at later.

 

 

 

Assignments for next meeting:  

1.       Start working through the Grants Training Workbook to test the completeness of Grants Single Version Setup.

2.       Review the Final Report on Chart Fields

3.        Review the object code tables
