Status of Billing Team- Rachel Strickland:

Most of the Team members are new with the exception of Amy Taylor, Jim Greene and Rachel Strickland.  They are currently going through their panel assignment and about 90% of the Billing Module is Grant related.

Discussion of Chart of Accounts Department Issue: 

                The question whether Grants is going to use the PS Department or PS Project/Grant chart field is still  open for discussion.

 

Mapping UD/GMS data into PS Task assignments: Review of materials, procedure, and assignments. (GERRI AND BARB)

                Barb & Gerri will review all of the proposal and award panels and map UD data elements to the best PS fields.  They will make note  of any differences in field length and/or format (text vs. numerical).  They will also write down any concerns and question on naming conventions that might arise.  Task is to be completed by March 12, 2002

 

Setup of PS Grants Control Tables: Review of status and issues.  Assignments to complete. (RACHEL, CHRIS, DAVE)

                Rachel, Chris & Dave are to complete the set-up of the UOD01 control tables in the single user version by March 12, 2002.
