said PS manuals are now more high level,
not step-by-step since PS wants people to come to their classes
Focus Group Follow-Up
- Minor
typing changes to summary, then post to the web
- At
Report Group meeting, Van said data warehouse could be costly. Should be
data warehouse or some other mechanism to be able to link to Tables and
have functionality of UD-Check.
- Report
team has recommendations from us, uncovered real needs
- Someone
centrally needs to make data available on daily basis for colleges
- Summary
will be posted to our web page. Ellen will put together high-level summary
for “News”
Identifying Networks Progress Check
- Need
to identify top 2 tiers of users for training network, key financial
people in each department to train first, then they train others, i.e.,
train the trainer
- Depending
on what is being trained, within units, may want to identify business savvy person who will learn the
software, technology savvy person (CITA-type) as a resource and someone,
maybe one of the two, who is a good speaker.
