Some people having trouble with the Navigation Tutorial - must take before any other training – be sure to let Peggy know after you have completed training.

Web – training coming up Sep 16 - $500 cost may be covered by Executive Team

Many users may never see the screens we see in the navigation training - most users will see other views that UDFS teams (report team, etc.) will provide for them the daily users to use.

Amy and Peggy will teach our group the Query class - it was developed for version 7.5 and needs to be updated for version 8.4 by the Report Team

Data Warehouse Survey - 5 follow up assignments are to send reports to the whole group

Focus Groups – reviewed the Plan - purpose of these focus groups

By October, the Report Team wants to make report to the Exec team on what tools the Univ should have available to use; our team will provide focus group feedback to the Report Team to held them to that. We also hope to get good ideas for how to train the users from these focus groups.

Reviewed the agenda for the meetings

Looked at the breakdown of the groups and assigned additional scribes
