GENERAL MEETING MINUTES:

Next Meeting:  January 13 – Hullihen Hall Board Room

NO MEETING on January 20.  However, we will attempt to schedule a meeting on another day during the week of January 20.

Readiness Training

Most of the meeting was spent on planning for the Readiness Training.  This will be a Powerpoint presentation which will be shown to a focus group (group makeup to be determined) on February 3.  Comm team was split up to work on  sections.  Each group should e-mail Powerpoint file to Amy Taylor no later than 1/13 at 9 a.m.   The following table summarizes the content and how assignments are broken up.
