GENERAL MEETING MINUTES:

Next Meeting: January 13 – Hullihen Hall Board Room

NO MEETING on January 20. However, we will attempt to schedule a meeting on another day during the week of January 20.

Other News:

• On January 8 Ellen Lepine and Peggy Bottorff will be discussing training plan with Rick McCaulley.
• At the January 3 Report Team Meeting there was a discussion of what data, reporting, etc.. is needed and a discussion of working with Section Heads for specific components – e.g. Tory Windley for the Purchasing component.
• There will be a meeting about the labor allocation function on January. Send any concerns to Peggy.
• Du Pont Hall Conference Room is available every Monday morning at this time. Comm team will put a hold on the room every Monday morning (for the entire morning). It is possible that a class will override this.

Readiness Training

Most of the meeting was spent on planning for the Readiness Training. This will be a Powerpoint presentation which will be shown to a focus group (group makeup to be determined) on February 3. Comm team was split up to work on sections. Each group should e-mail Powerpoint file to Amy Taylor no later than 1/13 at 9 a.m. The following table summarizes the content and how assignments are broken up.
