A/R BILLING TEAM MEETING, May 9, 2002

In attendance: Angie Beecham, Jim Green, Katie Hutton, Raja Rao, Bill Spear, Rachel Strickland and Vanessa Peoples

DECISION MADE: Monday meetings will be suspended. Once 8.4 is available, we will decide what we need to do in addition to the every other Thursday meeting.

GENERAL MEETING:

-Discussed Executive Team Meeting

-Worked on panel/screen assignment. Since 8.4 should be up by 6/10, we will continue the panel assignment then.

UNRESOLVED QUESTIONS:

-Discussed invoices vs. statements. How does this work in the BiIlling module?

-Can Proforma bills be viewed on line, or do they have to be printed?

We are hoping that we will find answers to these questions in People Books. If not, we will contact other institutions.

TASKS ASSIGNED

-Angie will send an e-mail about the 8.4 People Books, and the team will begin to read certain sections and discuss these sections during Team Meetings.

-Rachel will bring samples of her current bills for contracts & grants to next meeting.

-Angie will bring samples of ffar, invoice and statement for miscellaneous to next meeting.
