Project Module Team Meeting

The meeting began promptly at 8am.


Review of August 4th meeting:


Everyone needs to have the single user version of Peoplesoft installed on his or her computer at this time. The Executive Team will find out if Peoplesoft works with Windows 2000. Team members need to be signed up to the PSEDU-L list @ Educause and have run the Peoplesoft tutorial. Training for the trainers is scheduled for August 28th. A tentative time for future meetings will be 8am – 9:30 on at least every other Tuesday starting on August 22nd.


Current Business:


The project module team went over the events lists from Endowments, Facilities and OVPR. At this point, only minor additions were suggested for these lists. These changes will be made and submitted to UDFS-Proj e-mail before the end of the day on Friday, August 11. It was agreed that the events list were overall very good, especially with the use of action verbs and generally listing events and not processes. No further detail will be added to the events lists unless requested after review by Lynda Ruggerio.


Gail Tentor made a special presentation of a two-sided hat to Carol Rylee for Carol’s dual role of Executive Team member/Project Module Team member.
