Effective dates and trees

It has been discovered that the "in tree" operator in query disregards the effective date on the tree. The query will select every value in the tree whether or not its data is valid per the tree effective date. This includes future dated chartfields and transactions.

When adding a specific chartfield value as a detail to a tree node, the chartfield value must be in the chartfield table and the effective date on the specific chartfield value must be less than the effective date of the tree.    However, when adding a range of values as a detail to a tree node, the starting and ending values of the range do not have to exist in the chartfield value table.
