Grad Students are activated - no data loaded – may be loaded by us whenever we’re ready.

Security Issues

Logon and password, and URL – still some persistent problems with a few people, Ellen will work with people who can’t get in – send her names and UNIX Ids - looking for feedback on worksheet ??
Backwash working? - all seem to be OK a little ahead on close out dates – Ellen to ask if period 12 is loaded – will send us a note
Status of FAMIS Purpose/Account fields - Question – when will purpose and account be part of data warehouse ?? – this is medium priority

Trees Class subgroup report – Chris Cook - There will no longer be a Tree Class subgroup - will be worked into other classes
Know thy Data subgroup report – Ellen – more to come on the web
LAM training – comments?
Consultants transitioning - discussed how this will work into phase 2

Progress and direction for these courses -- talked through and provided some over arching comments on the direction of these – still work to be done – GA should be heavily involved in BT II – many of us willing to help – procurement info should be added to this package

AP/PO Access Update? - still not available - being worked and will be secure

Al raised the issue of posting the go-live info on the web page - we all agreed and he will make that happen.
