Transportation Services at the University of Delaware provides charter bus service to the University community. Each department or University student group that wishes to use the service must provide authorization by submitting a Request for Service Form (Web form). Before submitting a request, it is necessary to contact the Transportation Service office to ensure availability. This form must be received at least one week prior to the date of service.
Charter Bus Service rates for the academic year 2008-2009 are as follows:
University Departments and Student Organizations: $18.75 per hour, plus $1.30 per mile with a three hour minimum.
Camp Service: $19.69 per hour, plus $1.37 per mile with a three hour minimum.
External Groups: $20.63 per hour, plus $1.43 per mile with a three hour minimum.
