The University of Delaware Department of Public Safety offers several employment opportunities for students. They are: Student Police Aide: Secure buildings; provide security at
campus functions such as movies, concerts, athletic events, lectures.
Training, uniforms, and equipment provided. 12-16 hours per week,
must be willing to work nights and some weekends. Parking Enforcement Officer: Enforce University parking regulations,
direct traffic, work special events, other duties as assigned. Requires
valid driver's license and the ability to work without direct supervision.
Hours are varied and somewhat flexible. Uniforms provided. Cashier: Use cash register for business transactions as patrons
leave parking lots and garages; assist customers with directions to
areas on campus. Must be neat in appearance, and have a general knowledge
