Public Safety has implemented a new Customer Service system. This system allows the department account administrators/contacts to request special services; access billing information; add/update account information, all on-line. In keeping with our annual practice, all customers should review and update their account(s), to ensure accurate billing for services for each new fiscal year.

You use your UDel Net ID and Password to log in to the system. Once logged in you can update your accounts by choosing Register Or Update My Charge Codes. Please complete each field with the updated/new account information to be utilized during each fiscal year. The Comments field may be utilized for special instructions, i.e. only charge bank runs to this purpose code.
To save entries and close window, click OK. To save entries and refresh window, click Apply. Click Cancel to close window without making any changes.
Please note that any additional changes which may occur during the course of each fiscal year must also be updated following this method.
