Attendance / Clicker Responses P/F

  • Attendance  - Students are expected to arrive promptly and stay until the end of the presentation. Absences are considered excused for illness (with MD note) or bereavement of family member or prior approval from instructor. More than 1 excused absence (per Rounds course) or any unexcused absences will require make-up work to be determined by the instructor.

  • A final learning outcome assessment will occur during a designated Rounds in spring of year 2. Through the use of “clickers”, students will be evaluated based on their clicker responses to questions posed during a Rounds case. Students must get 75% or better in order to pass. In the event a student does not pass, one additional opportunity will be made for the student to be tested again (however, format may vary).
