ID Last November I traveled to St. Lucia in the West Indies
as a PT volunteer with Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO).It was a wonderful
and enlightening experience. I plan to do this again soon, possibly Zanzibar.
Meanwhile, in my spare time I whitewater kayak and backpack in the Rockies.
Kayaking is a eccentric way of life.
