Early Decision for University of Delaware (UD) Applicants Only
Deadline: June 1 of the Junior year
This is a process wherein University of Delaware (UD) juniors may apply for selection into the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program. If admitted, the student would commence the DPT Program the summer following completion of his/her undergraduate degree. By submitting an Early Decision application, the student is making a commitment, if accepted, to attend the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Program. UD Early Decision offers are binding and are contingent upon the student fully meeting all admissions criteria and submitting all required applications by deadlines specified. Those offered conditional admission via UD Early Decision will be required to apply through PTCAS by the PTCAS Early Decision deadline of August 17 and must submit a graduate application through the University of Delaware’s ApplyYourself application system by August 18. Students wishing to apply to other physical therapist educational programs should defer their UD application until the regular admissions cycle where offers received are not binding.
