Mr. Seaman is a graduate of the University of Delaware.  He is an instructor and the Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education and oversees the clinical program. Mr. Seaman maintains an active clinical involvement including pediatrics. He is also a medical staff member of the Jimmie Huega Center, a non-profit organization dealing with Multiple Sclerosis, serves as a consultant for those with MS in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and is the Director of the MS Clinic.
