Dr. Ramsey received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Master's degree in Human Movement Science from the University of Ottawa. He completed his PhD at the Karolinska Institute (Stockholm, Sweden) with the emphasis on Orthopedic Biomechanics. He served as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Dr. Snyder-Mackler in the Motion Analysis Laboratory at the University of Delaware. Dr. Ramsey's research interests include the biomechanical basis for normal & pathological knee motion (particularly anterior cruciate ligament deficiency and osteoarthritis) and their impact on tibiofemoral joint motion and neuromuscular control.
