Advancing Diversity in

Application Procedures
  The following procedures should be followed when applying to the ADaPT program:
Step 1
 Download ADaPT application ---> ADaPT Application
Step 2
 Fully complete the application, save the application as a pdf and email it to Jeanne Warrington at jeannekw@udel.edu by the application deadline.
Step 3

One letter of recommendation must be submitted by a University of Delaware professor by the application deadline.

This form may be sent via email to Jeanne Warrington at jeannekw@udel.edu or sent via campus mail to her in the Department of Physical Therapy at 301 McKinly Lab.
Step 4
 Based on evaluation of your application you may be invited to an interview, which is required for admission into the ADaPT program.
