Flu shots The Employee Wellness Center and Student Health Service will be offering flu shots in Laurel Hall from 1-4 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 20; and 10 a.m.-1:15 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21.Cost is $10-in cash or check only, no Wellness Dollars. A 15-minute appointment is necessary.
Due to a national shortage of vaccine, only 100 vaccinations are able to be offered at this time. There is a possibility that additional vaccines will become available, so a waiting list will be maintained after the first 100 slots are filled.

Employees who register by Oct. 12 will be eligible to win two tickets to see Bully, starring John Davidson, on Nov. 17 at the Playhouse in Wilmington.
Vita Nova dining Vita Nova restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch is served Mondays through Fridays and dinner is offered Wednesdays through Fridays. For reservations, call 831-0500.
Awards, grants Guidelines/applications for the International Travel Awards and International Mini Grants are available from departments or from the Office of International Programs and Special Sessions. Those planning activities are invited to apply for funds.Applications for the International Travel Awards are accepted on an ongoing basis and are reviewed four times each fiscal year.
During 1998-99, the reviews will take place for all applications received as of Oct. 16, Dec. 18, March 12 and May 28. The award notifications are sent out approximately two weeks after each deadline. The maximum amount awarded is $200.
Applications for International Mini Grants are reviewed two times each year, first on Nov. 20 and then on April 2. The maximum amount is $1,000. Limited funding is available for this program.

Direct deposits Effective Oct. 1, all business expense report expenses (BERs) and cash advances will be processed as direct deposits. More copying Graphic Communications Center (GCC) now has new hours, a new location and new full-color copies.The campus copying service, located at 222 South Chapel St., has opened a second satellite copy center in Room 109, Perkins Student Center, which is open from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Mondays-Fridays. Call 831-8920 for information.
New hours have been set at the main location on Chapel Street, which is now open 7:30 a.m.-midnight, Mondays-Fridays. Call 831-2153 or 831-2154 until 5 p.m. and 831-2153 or 831-8359 in the evenings.
New full-color copies are available at all three GCC locations-the main office at 222 South Chapel St.; in the satellite office in Room 105, Trabant University Center, open 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays; and in the new office in Room 109, Perkins Student Center.
