UD rental homes now available
The University has the following rental houses available:
- 85 North College Ave.-A two-story, unfurnished house with four bedrooms and bath on the second floor and a living room, dining room, small den, kitchen, enclosed back porch and a 1/2-bath on the first floor. There is a detached garage. Rent is $975 per month, plus utilities. Available immediately.
- 201 South Chapel St.-A two-story, unfurnished house with a bedroom and a 1/2- bath on the second floor, plus a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms and full bath on the first floor. The house has a fenced yard and a detached garage. Rent is $895 per month, plus utilities. Available after Sept. 7.
- 337 South College Ave.-A three-story, unfurnished house with three bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and a full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor. Rent is $975 per month, plus utilities. Available immediately.
All these houses are within walking distance of campus. Lease arrangements are especially favorable to new faculty/staff, as a lease can be terminated when the tenant purchases a home.
