Chin-Pao Huang, Distinguished Professor of Environmental Engineering, was awarded the 1999 Gordon Maskew Fair Medal by the Water Environment Federation. The medal, which will be presented Oct. 12 at the annual conference in New Orleans, is given to an educator for proficient accomplishment in the training and development of future engineers.
