Every June since 1985, bankers from all over the United States and abroad come to the Newark campus to attend the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, sponsored by the American Bankers Association. This year, the school was in session from June 11-18.
Robert Schweitzer, finance, is the academic contact between the University and the school and taught a course on asset liability management.
Designed for those who have demonstrated high managerial potential, Stonier, which was established 65 years ago, offers a three-year certificate program for executive bankers with a curriculum focusing on "real world" problems. ![]()
