The University has entered into an agreement with PNC Bank to provide Visa Purchasing Card services. The PNC Purchasing Card will replace the First Union card currently in use.
This change is expected to result in substantial improvements to the current level of customer service. Cardholders should continue to use their First Union card until they receive their new PNC card.
The target for distributing the new cards is the last week of April and possibly the first week of May. Individual departments will be contacted by Purchasing to make arrangements for card distribution.
